At least hubby is game to do it n it's always done on his b-day (in June). I had the job of marinating the meat for the satays the nite b4 n a fresh hot atjar on the day itself. Yes, it's great to hv do this summer-ish thingy - haha. Downside is when the BBQ is in full season n we get the smoke n scent of burned stuff, left n rite from our neighbours !
